Craft Roofing Services — Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Craft Roofing Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at craftroofingservices.com (the "Site") and the services we provide. By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including information related to text messaging. By using the Site or our services, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

Craft Roofing Services provides roofing inspections, repairs, replacements, and related home-exterior services to customers throughout Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Any estimates, quotes, schedules, or descriptions of work are provided for your convenience and may be subject to inspection findings, site conditions, material availability, weather, and other factors. Final scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in a written agreement or proposal where applicable.

3. Text Messaging / SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website contact or quote form, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from Craft Roofing Services sent through our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The following terms apply to our SMS program.

How consent is collected: Consent to receive text messages is collected through an unchecked checkbox on our website contact or quote form. The checkbox is not checked by default, and you must actively check it to opt in. Transactional consent and marketing consent are offered as separate options, and you may choose either, both, or neither.

Types of messages you may receive:

• Transactional messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, inspection and project status updates, and crew-arrival notifications.

• Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in), including promotional offers, seasonal specials, company updates, review requests, referral asks, and seasonal roof-maintenance reminders.

After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and we will stop sending you text messages, except as required to process your opt-out. Consent is not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Craft Roofing Services. You may decline SMS messages and still use our services.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Roofing Services and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or related to the Site and these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under the separate written agreement governing roofing or home-exterior work we perform for you.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Ohio will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute.
