Roofing Done Right — No Pressure, No Runaround
The story behind Cleveland’s straight-answer roofing company, from the guy who built it.
I didn't start Craft Roofing Services because I love roofs.
I started it because I was tired of watching homeowners get burned.
I’ve been in this industry long enough to see how it really works. I’ve sold roofs for restoration companies, inspected properties under insurance contracts, run repair businesses, managed production teams and sales departments, and opened offices for multi-million dollar operations across Ohio.
I’ve seen the playbook: storm chasers filing claims homeowners don’t need, dragging out the process to maximize every dollar, then vanishing when things get complicated or a claim gets denied.
Homeowners get stuck dealing with the mess — fighting insurance companies, paying for work that didn’t solve the real problem, or left with issues that never get fixed.
I'm from Cleveland. I know what people here need.
Straight answers, fair pricing, and someone who actually shows up when there’s a problem. So I built Craft Roofing Services around that.
It’s me and a network of skilled tradespeople, reliable suppliers, and tech partners who help me run a business that actually works for homeowners. No bloated sales teams. No pressure tactics. No runaround.
Here’s the deal: Sometimes you don’t need a new roof. Sometimes a repair makes more sense than filing a claim. Sometimes you just need someone to explain what’s actually going on.
I’ll tell you what I see, give you your options, and let you decide. If you hire us, we’ll do the work right and be around afterward if something comes up.
